Il Matan

The “Matan” was an ancient Etruscan festival to which we chose to pay homage through the celebration of our best Trebbiano grapes. The latter undergo a maceration in purity with the skins during vinification.

“Tra i rami dei cipressi all’ombra bruna | tra i rami aurei riflessi avea la luna.”

(Among the branches of cypresses in the brown shade | by golden reflections the moon was made)
